Ordered special fried rice, BBQ sauce and spare ribs, plus pepper chicken pieces..Im being generous giving these guys/girls two stars, I could of cooked better! Special fried rice looked anemic - are you not suppose to put soy sauce in this!?! Had to add my own, as it was tasteless. Asked for small pieces of date ribs and half the amount of sauce and I may as well not asked cos they did the opposite. Oh and chicken pieces was just over fried, greasy and not a chilli or pepper on site!!!Unbelievable how people buy form places like this! Its was my first and last!
This is the best Chinese take away I go to and there are several around me and most of them are very nice but not as good as this one. The menu is really varied and although the curry and crispy chilli dishes are hot compared to some others they aren't too hot and are almost always really enjoyable. The sweet and sour Hong Kong style dishes are excellent and always very tasty, the rice dishes are nice and if you spend a certain amount you get free prawn crackers. If you spend more again and collect it you get a free dish, usually a apatiser, the last one I had was chicken with pepper corn salt and this is outstanding and always goes down well. The prices are competitive and the service is quick, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough !
